Our banquet facilities
can accommodate up to 60 guests for nearly any function
you may wish to keep semi-private or private. We deliver
great food and service in a friendly and efficient family
atmosphere.
The Brazos Cattle Company Restaurant has a down home country feel
with televisions in the bar area for everyone’s viewing
pleasure. The Hitching Post gift shop is great for buying
souvenirs.
DECORATIONS
AND RENTAL EQUIPMENT
You are welcome to bring in your own decorations or
equipment for your function. Management needs to be informed
if you are bringing any of these items so we can insure that
we can accommodate your equipment needs (i.e. extension
cords, television, etc.) Any decorations or
signs brought in must be freestanding. No nails or tape are
allowed. Please also inform the manager if anything is to be delivered.
If so, these items should be labeled with
the name of the reservation so we can make sure they arrive
to the right party.
FOOD &
BEVERAGE
The Brazos Cattle Company does not allow any food, beverages, or
alcohol to be brought onto the premises with the exception
of cakes.
MENUS
All groups are welcome to order from our daily restaurant
menu. You may also choose from our group menus that have
been designed for groups of 25+. These menus include fresh
baked bread and butter, fresh garden salads, and the choice
of three pre-selected entrees. It is not necessary to
pre-order. Printed menus are put at each place setting and
servers will take orders at the time of the function. Lunch
menus are available between the hours of 11:00AM and 3:00PM
Monday–Sunday. Dinner menus are available during both lunch
and dinner hours. For the little ones we offer kid’s menus
for children 11 years and under. All private parties will be
charged local sales tax and 18% gratuity. We do have a check
policy; for more information on our check policy please
contact a manager.
Banquet Room Agreement
1.The rental fee for the Banquet Room is $50.00 for three hours. All charges must be rendered with a single payment. We do not do separate checks or take separate payments for any reason.
2.We require a minimum of 25 people in order to reserve the Banquet room. On parties of 30 or more, there will be a Banquet menu provided or you can create your own.
3.No changes to the guest count are to be made 48 hours prior to event.
4.There will be a Gratuity of 18% added to the final bill.
5.We set up the room to accommodate each individual party and in the event that the guest count falls below the guaranteed number, there will be an additional charge of $25.00
6.All state and local charges apply unless tax exempt.
7.Host agrees to be responsible for any damages to the premises in the preparation of, during, or after the event.
8.A credit card is REQUIRED to reserve the Banquet Room. In the event a credit card is not available, a cash deposit of $50.00 is acceptable. If the event is canceled within 72 hours of the event, the $50.00 deposit will be forfeited or a $50.00 charge will occur on your credit card.
